The organisation is established to pursue the following objectives:
The objects of the organisation are to carry out humanitarian and charitable activities for the relief of poverty, distress, and suffering anywhere in the world, particularly among populations affected by drought, famine, floods, natural disasters, conflict, earthquakes, epidemics, and other humanitarian emergencies.
The organisation may provide emergency humanitarian assistance including food aid, clean water and sanitation, shelter, healthcare support, education, clothing, and other essential services. The organisation may also undertake development initiatives including the construction and support of schools, healthcare facilities, water wells, sanitation infrastructure, and projects designed to promote sustainable livelihoods, economic empowerment, and community resilience.
The income and property of the organisation shall be applied solely towards the promotion of its objectives and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to members of the organisation except for legitimate expenses incurred in furtherance of the organisation's activities.
Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of its being wound up while they are a member, or within one year after they cease to be a member, such amount as may be required not exceeding £1 for the payment of the company's debts and liabilities.
If upon the winding up or dissolution of the organisation there remains any property or assets, these shall not be distributed to members but shall be transferred to another organisation with similar objectives.
